Marketing (the company) offers a 30 day money back
guarantee. If during the first 30 days after ordering the
Joint Venture Toolkit, you (the user) are unhappy with your
Joint Venture Toolkit, you may submit a full refund request.
Any such request must be made before the end of 30 days from
the moment the initial payment was made. Access to the Joint
Venture Toolkit will then be immediately terminated upon
refunding and the software will no longer work.
No
refund will be issued after the 30 days of ordering the
Joint Venture Toolkit
All
cancellations must be made by user via eWebNet Marketing Cancel
Request Form. Upon request of cancelled of order eWebNet
Marketing will terminate the Joint Venture Toolkit.
Payment
of US $27.00 is for the purchase of Joint
Venture Toolkit.
The price does not include installation of software script.
Installation instructions are provided, however we can
provide an installation service for a small additional
charge.
User
agree to keep the Joint Venture Toolkit for their sole use
only. eWebNet Marketing track all users and will take
appropriate action, which could lead to termination of your
toolkit access without refund of any fees paid plus legal
action for loss of revenue.

Marketing provides the information, products and
resources "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
Users agree that eWebNet Marketing shall not be responsible
for any downloading of items from the toolkit. Use of the
Joint Venture Toolkit is at the users own risk and that the
users will be solely responsible for any damages to their
computer or data that results.
Users
agree the resources which the Joint Venture Toolkit provides
are respected and not abused by user. Any fraud, scam, using
Joint Venture Toolkit resources is strictly prohibited and
will be dealt with accordingly.
An affiliate
will not receive any commission for a
Joint
Venture Toolkit order for
his / her use under his / her own affiliate link.
